I had an overall great stay at the hotel with its amazing pool view from my room, and the staff were always welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend upgrading to all-inclusive as it offers fantastic value for money with great food. However, the lack of privacy in the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, and the music from the nearby bar could get a little loud at night.
